1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and acv77 ("acv77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at acv77.io, including all associated sub-pages, features, casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support resources (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the acv77 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and refrain from registering an account.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of the acv77 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. acv77 does not permit access to, or use of, any gaming or betting feature by individuals under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction.
• You must be a human individual. Registrations by corporations, trusts, partnerships, bots, or automated systems are not permitted.
• You must register using your own true identity. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or similar restriction imposed by acv77 or any other gambling operator.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of acv77 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. This information is used for account verification, KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance, and the prevention of fraudulent activity on the Platform.

acv77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during or after registration at any time. Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to, a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete the KYC process within the required timeframe may be suspended pending the provision of satisfactory documentation.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, acv77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonuses applied, and withhold winnings pending investigation.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acv77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

acv77 strongly recommends that all users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA adds a second layer of security by requiring a verification code in addition to your password when logging in. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your account.

You agree to notify acv77 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any disclosure of your login credentials to a third party, or any other security breach affecting your account. acv77 will investigate all such reports and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the affected account pending verification.

Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in with your credentials — whether or not you personally authorised the activity — is your sole responsibility. acv77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

acv77 reserves the right to suspend or lock any account that shows signs of suspicious activity, including but not limited to unusual login locations, rapid successive login attempts, abnormal betting patterns, or requests that are inconsistent with the account holder's established history on the Platform.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the acv77 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

Deposits are typically credited to your acv77 wallet within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, large transactions may trigger additional KYC verification steps in accordance with our anti-money laundering procedures.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be fully completed before the funds covered by that bonus can be withdrawn.

acv77 does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. acv77 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors, mobile financial service providers, or banks.

acv77 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the original payment method if the deposit is suspected to be fraudulent, if the account has not been verified within the required period, or if the deposit was made in error. In such cases, acv77 will contact the account holder via their registered email address.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

acv77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing account holders from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, seasonal promotions (such as those tied to BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh occasions), and loyalty rewards.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant offer:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance of your acv77 wallet and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds not wagered within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless acv77 explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• acv77 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or through fraudulent means.

acv77 reserves the right to modify the terms of any existing promotion, to withdraw any promotion before its stated end date, or to introduce new promotions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be published on the Platform promptly.

6 Casino Games and Sports Betting Rules

The acv77 Casino offers a library of more than 500 certified games from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games on the Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and dealing equipment operated by trained dealers in secure studio environments. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be influenced by any action of the player or the Platform outside of the normal rules of the game.

acv77 reserves the right to void any bet or game result in the following circumstances:

• A technical error or malfunction affected the game or the odds display.
• The bet was placed after the relevant event had already concluded.
• The odds were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error.
• The event was cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered from its originally scheduled format.
• Evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or other corrupt activity is identified.

In the event that a game malfunctions mid-session, acv77 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state and resume from the last valid point. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet. acv77 will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the stake for the affected round.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

acv77 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human involvement.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker, live baccarat, or other multiplayer formats.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus abuse strategies designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing acv77 staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Providing false or misleading information to acv77 at any point, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions.

8 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of acv77.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms should be construed as granting any right to use any trademark or logo without the express written permission of the relevant owner.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acv77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial losses arising from reliance on information presented on the Platform.

acv77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While acv77 makes every effort to maintain Platform availability and accuracy of information, acv77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

acv77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your acv77 wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude acv77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

12 Suspension and Termination

acv77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if acv77 reasonably determines that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account holder is under 21 years of age.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform or to other users.
• The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order that acv77 was not initially aware of at the time of registration.

In the event of account closure for a breach of these Terms, acv77 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method. If a breach is confirmed, acv77 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with the specific nature of the breach.

Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (net of any voided bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

13 Amendments to These Terms

acv77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Minor amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notification.
